The air-conditioned triple room at @Home Hostel Wua Lai was cozy and tidy, with a shared bathroom that had a refreshing shower and a convenient hairdryer. It made me feel relaxed and comfortable after long days of exploring.
I personally didn't love the shared bathroom concept, but I understand that others might not mind it as much.

The air-conditioned triple room with a shared bathroom was perfect for our family. It had all the basic amenities we needed and the hairdryer came in handy. The spacious double room with air conditioning and parquet floors felt cozy and comfortable. The shared bathroom was clean and even provided slippers for added comfort. The classy rooms at Mae Ping Imperial offered beautiful views of the garden or pool. It was so serene and relaxing.
Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference!

The location of the hostel was fantastic! It was just a stone's throw away from the famous Saturday market and close to other attractions in the area. It made exploring the city super convenient. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also a highlight as it was freshly made to order every morning and prepared in time for our early trips. It made starting the day off right so easy and enjoyable.
The presence of mosquitoes in the rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. Make sure to pack mosquito repellent!

The rooms and shared bathroom were super clean and the staff was really friendly. The AC was good, the beds were comfortable, and the hot shower had great pressure. The location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk to the walled city and right in the middle of the Saturday night market. Plus, we could rent scooters easily and there were unlimited refills of water. 100% recommended!
One thing we would have loved is if the hostel had organized more fun activities for young party-goers like us. It would have been great to have some sort of group event or party night to meet other travelers and have a blast together.

The host was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The homely atmosphere and spacious rooms were a great touch, with large windows allowing for natural light and fresh air. The breakfast was not only delicious, but also a good portion size, and the freshly squeezed juice was a refreshing treat. Additionally, having drinking water, tea, and coffee available throughout our stay was a convenient and appreciated feature. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the town, with a short walk to the main attractions and a nearby 7-11 for any immediate needs. Plus, being right next to the Saturday market was a highlight, making it a great choice for those visiting during that time.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. Occasionally, the toilet roll was not available in the bathroom, which was a small issue.
